From the date of receipt of your parcel, you have 10 days to report any anomaly or 14 days to request a return or exchange on a new item.
Certain conditions must be met to allow a legitimate return, exchange or refund, as set out below.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged parcel or defective item, you are entitled to request an exchange for
a similar or alternative item, or to request a full refund. Return shipping costs for defective or damaged items are covered by Pyrova. Please contact us
by email at hello@pyrova.co.uk within 10 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence along with a written explanation of the issue. We will provide
you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt of proof of postage.
Change of Mind (Right of Withdrawal)
If you simply change your mind, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt.
Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), allowing the item to be resold as new, and
must be accompanied by the proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the Customer.
Undelivered Parcels
If a delivery is returned to us by the carrier due to your absence at home or failure to collect from
the pick-up point, this will result in either the dispatch of a new item or a refund of your order, at your choice.
Return Address
All returns must be sent to the following address after obtaining prior authorisation from our customer
service team: Pyrova, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London W1T 6EB, United Kingdom. Please do not send any returns without
first contacting us at hello@pyrova.co.uk to obtain a return authorisation number.
Refunds
If one or more of the above conditions is met, we will verify the validity of your request and proceed with a
refund on your order. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may take between 7 and 14 days to appear on your bank
account.
