We currently deliver exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, the estimated transit time is between 3 and 7 business days. Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of being placed. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs
We offer free standard delivery on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched. If you do not receive your tracking number within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us at hello@pyrova.co.uk and our customer service team will assist you promptly.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at hello@pyrova.co.uk. We will investigate the matter with our carrier and keep you informed of the progress.

Damaged Parcels
If you receive a damaged parcel, please contact us within 10 days of receipt at hello@pyrova.co.uk, providing photographic evidence of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

From the date of receipt of your parcel, you have 10 days to report any anomaly or 14 days to request a return or exchange on a new item. Certain conditions must be met to allow a legitimate return, exchange or refund, as set out below.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a damaged parcel or defective item, you are entitled to request an exchange for a similar or alternative item, or to request a full refund. Return shipping costs for defective or damaged items are covered by Pyrova. Please contact us by email at hello@pyrova.co.uk within 10 days of receipt, providing photographic evidence along with a written explanation of the issue. We will provide you with a prepaid return label or reimburse your return shipping costs upon receipt of proof of postage.

Change of Mind (Right of Withdrawal)
If you simply change your mind, you may return the item within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions, etc.), allowing the item to be resold as new, and must be accompanied by the proof of purchase. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the Customer.

Undelivered Parcels
If a delivery is returned to us by the carrier due to your absence at home or failure to collect from the pick-up point, this will result in either the dispatch of a new item or a refund of your order, at your choice.

Return Address
All returns must be sent to the following address after obtaining prior authorisation from our customer service team: Pyrova, 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, Fitzrovia, London W1T 6EB, United Kingdom. Please do not send any returns without first contacting us at hello@pyrova.co.uk to obtain a return authorisation number.

Refunds
If one or more of the above conditions is met, we will verify the validity of your request and proceed with a refund on your order. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing time may take between 7 and 14 days to appear on your bank account.

Will it rust over time?
Our fire pits develop a natural patina over time. This is normal for steel and does not affect structure or performance. We recommend covering it when not in use.

Is it suitable for all year use?
Yes. Every fire pit is made from premium steel built to withstand the British climate all year round.

Do they come assembled?
Most models arrive mostly assembled. Any remaining assembly takes under 10 minutes with a screwdriver only.

Is it safe around children?
Always maintain a safe distance of at least 1 metre between the fire and children. Never leave a lit fire pit unattended.

What wood should I use?
We recommend dry hardwood logs for the cleanest burn and least smoke. Avoid treated or wet wood as it produces excessive smoke.
